Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: Candidates age limit is not similar for all above mentioned posts. Age relaxation is available as per the Govt. rules.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess the qualification of BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical discipline for Operations Engineer posts, MD General Medicine/ Anaesthesia/ Gynaecology & Obestrics/ Ortho for Medical Officer, Ph.D in Chemistry from a recognized Indian University/ Institute for Control Officer, Post Graduate Diploma in HR functional areas of Industrial Relations for Resource Officer posts. Refer to official notification for post wise educational qualification.
Application Fee: General and other unreserved candidates are required to pay Rs. 300/- by Demand Draft drawn on State Bank of India, Service Branch (Code No.7687) in favour of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (Refineries Division) payable at New Delhi. SC/ ST/ PWD category candidates are exempted from paying application fee.
Selection Process:Candidates will be selected based on their performance in written examination and interview.
